Meet Cribstone 360’s founder Pete Nikitas

Pete Nikitas is an accomplished sales professional, business coach, mentor and leadership consultant.

An entrepreneur at heart, Pete’s 30+ year business development journey began out of school when he built a manufacturers’ rep agency from the ground up.

Through this experience generating sales for industrial pipe, valve, and fitting manufacturers, he quickly developed a deep appreciation for the importance of cultivating the right relationships and becoming a trusted advisor that clients can consistently count on.

While earning his chops as a manufacturers’ rep, Pete got his first taste of how effective sales can deliver profits AND better lifestyles for business leaders. He then pivoted to the investment management industry as a senior sales executive with Fidelity Investments in the Midwest and New England.

For more than two decades, Pete coached hundreds of wealth managers to
grow their business and increase practice efficiency. His no-nonsense approach and humor have helped advisors realize their fullest potential and create new possibilities for themselves and their clients.

A lifelong learner, Pete is DiSC certified and brings a wide range of expertise and tools to his clients. He has a loyal following in Boston where he is known as one of the “go-to” business development coaches for wirehouse wealth managers seeking more revenue, team sales and balance in their practice.

Pete has a BA in Economics from Bates College, and now lives on Bailey Island, Maine.

The Story Behind the Name

Cribstone 360’s name is inspired by the historic Cribstone Bridge in Bailey Island, Maine. Built in the late 1920s, bridge engineers used over 10,000 tons of granite slabs from nearby Yarmouth, Maine as the bridge’s ‘cribstones’. This unique cobwork design allows the ocean tide to flow freely underneath. The Bailey Island Cribstone Bridge is reported to be the only granite cribstone bridge in the world and has been recognized as a National Historic Civil Engineering Landmark.
